3. Legal basis for data processing
The processing of your data is based on:
- a) For purpose a): the Controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries voluntarily submitted by the user through the website form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- b) For purpose b): taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, where applicable, performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

The personal data you provide must be accurate, up to date and relate to your identity. EUROFRESH may rectify or erase data that are inaccurate, incomplete or unnecessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
If you are under 14 years of age, you must not provide us with your personal data without the consent of your parents or legal guardians (Article 7 LOPDGDD).
4. Retention period
Data processed for purposes a) and b) will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request or maintain the contractual relationship and, once that relationship has ended, for the limitation periods applicable to any legal claims arising from it and, where relevant, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial regulations (generally four years under Article 66 of the General Tax Law and six years under Article 30 of the Commercial Code). Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or necessary to provide the requested service. Nor will international data transfers take place unless EUROFRESH engages service providers located outside the European Economic Area, in which case compliance with current regulations will be ensured by applying standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
Your data may be disclosed to service providers acting as processors (for example, web hosting, messaging or administrative management providers) only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, and to public authorities where there is a legal obligation. Outside these circumstances, your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. No international data transfers are carried out.

You may exercise the following rights vis-à-vis EUROFRESH by sending a written communication to the contact details specified in Section 1 and adequately identifying yourself.
