Su implementaci\u00f3n obedece a la estrategia de progresiva implantaci\u00f3n de diferentes herramientas de desarrollo en su matriz y filiales para optimizar su organizaci\u00f3n evaluando las competencias de cada empleado,&nbsp;su nivel de productividad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos tanto individuales como colectivos propuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La herramienta de <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n de desarrollo y desempe\u00f1o,<\/strong>&nbsp;que permite a la organizaci\u00f3n evaluar el desempe\u00f1o de cada persona, midiendo su rendimiento, conducta y la obtenci\u00f3n de resultados de una forma integral, sistem\u00e1tica y objetiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a esta herramienta, se mide el grado de consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos anuales y el comportamiento o valoraci\u00f3n de las competencias de la persona, permitiendo establecer un plan de acci\u00f3n individual orientado a la mejora y el desarrollo profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siguiendo el plan para la implementaci\u00f3n de la herramienta de evaluaci\u00f3n de desarrollo y desempe\u00f1o de Eurofresh, este mes de noviembre se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo las evaluaciones en Espa\u00f1a, siendo la cuarta filial en su implementaci\u00f3n.
